This class is body weight only!! This first class is your acclimation workout (i.e. the easiest class of the series) so you won't need any props like bands or hand weights. This first session will be a body weight workout only and will get your body ready for the moves used in this series. To prepare for the workout, we suggest you are fully hydrated and that you eat a balanced meal of carbs and protein 90 minutes before the workout.
