This fifth class is the clocked out workout. This timed workout is all about keeping your body moving until the clock runs out there are three 12-minute routines. You need your body weight and medium dumbbells (8 - 20 lbs). There are modifications for every level. As always, make sure you fuel yourself before the workout. We suggest you are fully hydrated and that you eat a balanced meal of carbs and protein 90 minutes before the workout.
