The Immortal Body Workout Series - 8 Classes

Eight 60 minute workout classes from Cornell McClellan, the man who has kept the Obamas fit for over 20 years. This is a progressive workout series so you are encouraged to take the classes in order. Beginners should take two classes a week with at least two days in between so that you finish in 4 weeks. More advanced fitness enthusiasts can take fewer days for recovery and complete the series in 2 - 4 weeks. Class needs vary; requiring only body weight to dumbbells and a resistance band. This rental is for 30 days so you will be able to complete the entire series.
